How many sensors will I receive?

If you live outside the United States, you will receive a 28-day supply of FreeStyle Libre sensors. U.S. customers should buy any FreeStyle Libre sensors locally. For additional sensors, either purchase locally or contact our support team.

How do I choose my A-Ring size and color?

You’ll receive a smart ring sizing kit after purchase and instructions via email to select your preferred ring size and color.

What is your return policy?

You can return the A-Ring and BluCon NightRider within 28 days of delivery for a 50% refund, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Sensors are non-returnable.

Which glucose sensors are used?

We use FDA-approved FreeStyle Libre sensors manufactured by Abbott Laboratories.

Is the system waterproof?

Yes. Both the A-Ring and BluCon NightRider are IP67-rated and water-resistant.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

Is RIZZ compatible with Apple and Android?

Yes. RIZZ supports both iOS and Android platforms.

Can caregivers view my data? Yes. You can grant access to up to 5 caregivers for remote monitoring and support.
