Do I need a subscription to use Rizz?
During our introductory period, no subscription is required for the first 12 months. After that, continued access to advanced insights and AI coaching will require a $29.99/month or $99/ year subscription.

Can I wear Rizz all day and night?
Yes. Rizz is designed to be comfortable, water-resistant, and suitable for 24/7 wear.

How accurate is the glucose trend monitoring?
Rizz is built for wellness use and provides trend-level accuracy, not medical-grade glucose values. It is best used for pattern awareness and lifestyle decisions. For glucose, we are currently expecting accuracy to be within 20% of finger-prick values most of the time. This range is expected to improve over time as the platform continues to evolve.

What devices does the Rizz app support?
