The flagship product of Ambrosia, BluCon, is a NFC (Near Field Communication) to BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) electronic transmitter. When attached to passive NFC tags like FreeStyle Libre (FSL), Libre US 14 day, Libre 2 (All versions) and FreeStyle Libre Pro sensor, BluCon transmits glucose readings to a mobile app enabling Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) on the go.
Works with FreeStyle Libre, Libre US 14 day, Libre 2 (All versions) and Libre Pro sensors. Also, supports ‘Direct-to-Apple Watch’ so you can use only Apple watch without phone to see glucose readings and share, if your Apple watch has a cellular connection.
Both products work equally well over iPhone, Android phones, iPod and Apple/Android watches. BluCon was awarded CE mark in early 2017.

I found NightRider very helpful in monitor glucose readings of my child when he is in school. This product is like a God send

Using over a couple of years now with the LinkBluCon app, my best investment in diabetes management. My pharmacy should be selling the NightRider along with the Libre. Could you please contact them?

One of the best investments I ever made. I have been using the non-waterproof NightRider since 2017 and it is very helpful. I tried Dexcom G6 for a few days but found that very bulky and inconvenient to use. Back to NightRider, it sits on top of the Libre sensor and does not touch skin so it is very safe. I am able to get the alarms and receive glucose readings updates every 5 minutes. I am buying my second NightRider, this time Waterproof version to help with food insights and activity also. Many of my friends switched from the expensive Dexcom G6 to FreeStyle Libre sensor and NightRider combination. NightRider also helps in sharing the readings remotely and can be used with Apple watch in direct mode, without the iPhone, your Apple watch needs to have cellular connection otherwise you can use the apple watch with the iPhone. This is a great device, works with both Android and iPhones, as well as Android, Apple watch and Fitbit watches

I bought this product for my partner who is type 1 diabetic. Earlier he was using Dexcom G6 but keeping a phone all the time is difficult for him due to his work in the music industry. So we decided to give a try to FreeStyle Libre and blucon for a direct-connection to apple watch. I am really impressed with the results and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone looking to manage his diabetes

I am using BluCon for more than two years and it works consistently. I like current feature like different types of alarm like alarm for not coming reading, alarm for low and high glucose, alarm for fast rise and fast drop. It is basically life saving device. Hats-off to BluCon team.

I’ve been using it with the US14 day Libre sensor over 6 weeks now. Readings are very close to the Libre Reader. I am also able to receive voice alerts when reading is outside the target range and able to share my readings with my husband.
Thanks to Nightrider team for making gluocse monitoring affordable otherwise Dexcom is just so expensive. I had it for 4 years most recently I used g6 and loved it but after changing job realised I could not afford it any longer so tried Libre US 14 day but was not able to get the alerts and share readings with the husband so my Endocrinologist suggested the Nightrider. Initially I was reclutant but when I tried, it made whole Libre experience awesome. I must say now I love Libre and Nightrider combo more than Dexcom G6.

I am using new NightRider over week now with US 14 day Libre sensor and test version of the LinkBluCon on my android phone. Readings are as good as Libre Reader and LibreLink app. I will highly recommend this solution as I can get alerts when my reading is outside the target range and I can share readings with my family

I am using US14 day FreeStyle Libre sensor for more than 9 months now. After wait for that many months I finally received the new NightRider a couple of weeks ago. I must say, wait was totally worth now I am able to see reading on my phone and watch without scanning the libre sensor which was a huge hassle. My friend who was using Dexcom G6 also switched to FreeStyle Libre sensor after seeing the combined solution of Libre sensor and NightRider.

A couple of weeks ago I got new NightRider after a wait of about 6 months to use with FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor which has alarms but to see readings you have to scan the Libre 2 sensor with the Reader, for the same reason you can not share readings. I am very pleased since I am using new NightRider. Now, I can see my glucose readings without scanning the sensor. Also, I can use Apple watch to see my readings when I am not carrying my phone. Well done, Ambrosia!! I will highly recommend this company and their life changing products.
